Return and Refund Policy

We here at J Unique'z Beauti Bar pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service, every time.

All of our services and deposits are non refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received today, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to adjust your hair as needed, but require you to return within two days time to do so. We appreciate your understanding and want to be sure that you leave with a look you love.

Terms of Service

Product Return  Policy

For health and safety reasons, all products are final (non refundable). We understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you. If you have any questions concerning a product please feel free to contact us.

Booking Policy

All hair shorter then 4 inches must schedule a client consultation before booking. All appointments are made online. Appointments are estimated and are subject to run over.

Salon Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

Your scheduled appointment is important to us . We want to make sure our clients receive the best service possible during each of their appointments. To help assure this, please contact us  48 hours prior to your appointment date if you need to cancel or rebook your scheduled service. Rescheduled services must be made within that same calendar month and will be required to pay 50% of the remainder balance to reschedule the service. 

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. In emergencies, we do allow a 15-minute window for you to arrive without incurring cancelation fees. If this happens, we request that you contact us via phone or text messages as soon as possible. Appointments canceled outside the 48 hour window will result in being charged full price for your service.  No shows will  be charged automatically for the full amount of your service and will be prohibited from booking in the future.
