Should I shampoo and condition my hair before arriving to my appointment?

No you do not. Shampoo and condition is included within all listed services.

Do you provide the braiding hair ?

Yes, we provide braiding hair for all services.

Do I need to schedule a consultaion before booking if my hair is short?

Yes, for all hair shorter then 4 inches a client consultation much be scheduled before booking any service.

Can I schedule my appointment over the phone?

All appointments are made online only.

How soon can I cancel/ reschedule my appointment ?

You have 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Any cancelations outside the 24 hour window will be charged the full service fee.

How long can my braids last if I have short hair?

The longevity of knotless braids for short hair is 4-6 weeks.
